退換貨政策
- 本公司之全部貨品一經售出,不設退款
- 完成付款之貨品會於 2 個工作天內寄出,如遇上貨品缺貨情況本公司會先與客人聯絡
- 如貨品有故障或與所訂購的不同,客人可以在收貨日期起7天內要求更換
- 更換有故障貨品需保留並寄回完整、未有塗污、損壞、及刮花的包裝、所有配件及收據
- 有故障貨品需寄回經驗證後才會作出更換,更換貨品之決定權均由代理保留 (例:外遊卡需經代理查證,系統沒有啟用紀錄的話會作出更換;如有啟用紀錄則無法更換、電子貨品如有人為損壞(入水或跌壞等)均不會更換)
- 貨品如享有保用服務則由該原廠或代理提供,顧客需遵從該公司之保用服務條款並需自行保留單據作保用用途,單據如有遺失將不獲補發
- 寄回需更換貨品之運費需由客戶承擔,而寄出已更換貨品給客戶之運費則由本公司承擔
- 如有任何爭議,本公司將保留最終決定權
